Shipping & Delivery
We hope you will find our service fast, efficient and friendly, you will be kept informed every step of the way through your transaction. We use the Royal Mail, Parcel Force, Hermes and Carriers to get your new tackle to you fast, if we have your items in stock we will send them immediately. If we do not have your ordered items in stock we will notify you of the estimated delivery time.
 
Privacy & Security
Our privacy policy is supervised by the company owner Nick Laws who may be contacted by telephone, letter or email. Telephone 01237 471291  [email protected] The only information on customers is that which is freely given by the customer at the time of ordering directly with Summerlands through a secure server All information is collected lawfully and in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998 The only information collected is that needed to place, process and deliver  an order to a customer, this will also require and email or contact telephone number to be supplied by the customer. Unless requested a customer will receive no follow up email after completion of their order.
 
Returns & Replacements
For clarification - and In line with distance selling regulations. You have the right to cancel your order within 7 working days,  the cancellation period starts the "day after"  receipt of the goods. You are not required  to give a reason for the return of the goods. We refund the total value of your order within 21 days of cancellation. We require that any returned goods are sent by registered post at your expense and returned in good condition. Please ensure that returned goods are well packed. Returned goods should be sent to:

Payment, Pricing & Promotions
Any agreement to purchase or contract entered into with Summerlands does not affect your consumer’s statutory rights.   Payment methods We accept payment by debit cards and major credit cards including MasterCard, Visa ,Switch and Pay Pal. We also  EO&E   accept direct payment into our bank account.   Typing Errors In the event a product is listed at an incorrect price or no price due to typing error or an error in pricing information from our suppliers, we shall have the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed at the incorrect prices whether or not the order has been confirmed. If your credit/debit card has already been charged and we subsequently cancel your order, we will immediately issue a credit to your card account in the value of the incorrect price (including delivery charges if charged).
